ACCREDITATION

                             
We have experience of successfully achieving accreditations, and can support you through the process, here is one example:
We were tasked with developing the Wellbeing Strategy for this Organisation with the aim to achieve the Investors in People Good Practice in Wellbeing accreditation within a 2 year timeframe.

We analysed trends, consulted with unions, gathered feedback from staff and implemented an action plan with goals and in line with the allocated budget. We were able to demonstrate evidence of achieving our goals including reducing sickness absence and achieved the award at first time of asking.
Below is an extract from the Investors in People assessors report summary following successfully achieving the Good Practice in Wellbeing Accreditation:

“Employee health & wellbeing is the one area of the Organisation's people practices where staff felt there had been the most improvement over the past 2 years, and it is a testament to the commitment and significant resource the Organisation has put into this area, including the appointment of a full time Health and Wellbeing Advisor.”

Reduced Lost Days
                             
Reduced lost working days in North West Organisation. We have experience of measuring the impact of targeted initiatives and presenting reports, here is one example:

One objective of the Organisation’s wellbeing action plan was to put pro active initiatives in place with the aim to reduce the number of lost working days due to back pain, in particular to support the operatives.

We trialled an on site physiotherapy service and monitored the feedback/impact - Due to demand in 2016 we trialled an increase in the number of sessions offered to accommodate employees and continued to monitor.

Improved Health
                             
Health checks with an action plan and review date are a great way to boost staff motivation and demonstrate qualitative health improvement data, here is one example of how we achieved this for one Organisation.
On site health assessments were organised for cohorts across 2 buildings for the same company, individual lifestyle advice was provided and signposting to on site exercise classes and available support/resources.

The same cohorts were assessed again 8 weeks later with the majority showing improvements in most of the areas assessed.
