Coaching Healthy Home Fitness

Lytham St Anne’s residents can now access this 12-week fitness plan which is designed to fit around your lifestyle. Master Personal Trainer and Lytham St Anne’s resident Tony Albanese has developed the course which includes:

6 outdoor personal training sessions: (garden or park) sessions are generally spaced out every 2 weeks with a varied programme designed for each session.

12-week hire of home fitness equipment: packages are tailored to the individual but may include kettlebells, medicine balls, fitness steps, battle ropes, resistance bands, weighted backpacks and skipping ropes.

Access to online portal including 12-week online bodyweight workout plan: a unique log in is provided for the personal training client where they gain access to their online plan.

Weekly lifestyle/nutrition support and coaching: With qualifications in Nutritional Medicine and Coaching we can also provide expert guidance and feedback to help you change behaviours and make positive lifestyle choices.
