Health & Safety
Our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisors are qualified in Workplace Wellbeing and Health & Safety to Diploma level or working towards through NEBOSH and are registered with IOSH at least to Tech level.
We have successful experience of developing and implementing Wellbeing Strategies and we can evidence excellent qualitative and quantitative results including a reduction in lost working days, improved health and increased job satisfaction.
Our Fitness Trainers are Masters in their industry with 20 plus years of experience from Personal Training clients to Teaching and Assessing students starting out in the industry.
Our experienced Workplace Coaches are qualified through ILM to a minimum of level 3 and have guided many employees towards achieving their personal and career goals.
We have experts in the delivery of training including First Aid at Work and Manual Handling through to bespoke awareness raising workshops such as heart health and stress awareness.

Tony started out in the fitness industry as a successful Personal Trainer before moving into Corporate Wellbeing and then more recently Health & Safety.
Following years of experience working with other workplace wellbeing providers Tony saw an opportunity to offer employees of all roles a more personal and affordable approach to support their wellbeing goals.
